Remote users on our network report that they cannot send
emails to external recipients. They can function through
webmail, but not through the entourage. This problem
does not occur onsite. These folks can send emails to
people within the organization. My questions are: What
causes this? Are there any fixes? Could this be due to
a new update or patch? Thank you in advance for your
