It seems that after downloading the current patches from
the Office site, every time outlook is opened (or goes
into standby) the Error message 623 appears. When you go
into e-mail accounts-change-connections, the 'connect via
modem when working offline' box gets checked
automatically. I have only DSL and disabled the modem in
control panel. I have XP with Office XP...what is going
on??
