what is error 7002? Emails fail to arrive (or take hours) and I get
this message from time to time.
"The server for the account "my name account" returned the error
"[IN-USE] unable to lock maildrop" Your username or password settings
may be incorrrect. "
....and then asks me to reenter my password. This makes no difference.
it is not incorrect anyway.
After emails have arrived the error icon appears at the bottom right
corner of the Entourage window.
Microsoft expert phone advice in USA had never heard of error 7002!
