Error 8796 Can't Send Mail

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated... I
installed Entourage from the Exchange 2003 client CD, then
installed 10.1.4 patch on 3 clients. One works fine, on
the other 2 if I try to create new, forward, or reply it
either does nothing or returns error 8796. I've checked
the configuration many times, and everything is the same
as the client that works. I've reinstalled, rebuilt the
database and changed identities but the problem persists...

No luck.... I've already checked all bulletins on this..
I've created a new identity, totally trashed the program
and reinstalled, still...
Any more suggestions?
