error 9573 / server appl. log error nr. 0x2565

hello,

whenever i open one of my projects with MS project
proffesional 2003 from the server i get the
following error message:
"an exception occurred in the project server. project
server encounterede a problem with this error code: 9573.
please contact your server administarator"

sadly the server admin is me - i looked up the
corresponding error in the server application
event log. it reads:

Component: PDS
Line: 0
Error Number: 0x2565
Description: CDATACDataAccess.ParseSQLException; -
2147217873 : Eine Zeile mit doppeltem Schlüssel kann in
das MSP_RES_SECURITY-Objekt mit dem eindeutigen
I_MSP_RES_SECURITY-Index nicht eingefügt werden.

what is the reason for the error message??? how can i fix
it???
