Error after sending with attachment

I'm using Entourage2004 in the office with an Exchange server.
I tried to send out an email with a 13M zipped file attachment. It seemed to
go just fine, but now I keep getting the following error bounced back to me
in the error log:

An unknown error (-18493) occurred.
Your mailbox has exceeded the size limit.
Account name: "my company name"

Thing is, my mailboxes (In, Sent, Deleted, etc) are far from full. I can
still send and receive normal emails.
The email isn't anywhere to be found in any of my folders (and why isn't
there an "Out" folder in Entourage???) and the IT guys can't find the email
anywhere in the Exchange mess.

Anyone ever seen this error or know how to correct it? Entourage keeps
jumping in my Dock every 30 seconds, every time a new error comes in.

Thanks.

I believe there is a default attachement or message size of 10M setup in
Exchange Server. You have change this under the user's Exchange Mailbox
properties. Your IT Manager should be able to do this.

Thanks Heather,
Our IT guys tell me that they have no outgoing size limit set.
The really odd thing is, they can't see the email in question anywhere in
the system. It's like a ghost that refuses to leave.
