Hi;
Since a week or two I get the error "Unable to open the outlook window"
most of the times when I try to start Outlook for the first time
(OL2003, from Office 2003, winxp prof latest patches for all).
When I click ok, I try again to start outlook and that works ok all the
time.
The MSKnowledge base (

tells me to delete a registry key and make a new profile. Before I try
that solution I would like to be sure about what exacly happens if I
delete the regkey and therefor delete the profile. What happens with my
settings and the data.
Any help appreciated
