Error: Can't contact LDAP Directory server (81)

I am getting the subject error everytime I type a name
into the "To" for a new email. It seems this started
happening after I installed Outlook 2003 Business Contact
Manager. I have tried uninstalling the entire Office 2003
and reinstalling, and it didn't help at all. Can someone
help me?

Do you have an LDAP entry listed there?
