Error description

Hope I can get what is probably simple help.
Everytime I use entourage i get an error description that isnt really
an error -- just a message that tells me how much of my mailbox is
used-- what percentage.

Is this coming from the server I am using?? and how can i get rid of
it-- very annoying as it opens evertime i change folders or get a new
message!!.

It sounds like a server message. You might want to ask the server
administrator if that can be turned off for your account.
