Error Errors and more Errors

i have set up two client rules in outlook xp that directs mails to two separate folders
when i send a plain text mail the rules work perfectly until i started sending a mail containing animated pictures and the rules started showing rules in error message. however when i gave sufficient permission on the folder to me before i send the animated mail there was no problem, i find this very strange. can any one advise me?
