error for start and close the excel

when i start my excel, there is always a error: Microsoft Visual Basic;
Compile error in hidden module; "AutoExecNew". close the excel error is :
Microsoft Visual Basic; .......; "DistMon". after unstall and install the
office again for few times, the problem still happen.
