Hello!
I'm trying to group tasks in Outlook 2003. I have defined a user-defined
field using 'Keywords' as its type and format as Text. When I try to group my
tasks first according to Categories, then according to this user-defined
field, I get a couple of 'Operation failed' error dialogs after which it says
'Unable to display data'.
When I change my user-defined field type to 'Text' and format 'Text', the
grouping works as expected. Am I misunderstanding something relating to the
'Keywords' type (how is that supposed to be used?) or is this a bug in
Outlook? Anyway I'd say that getting an 'Operation failed' error dialog with
a red cross means a bug in the sense that the program was not ready for me
doing such an action, whether it's sensible or not.
