Error in export to HTML

I am getting the following error:

"The format that enable you to output data as a Microsoft
Excel, rich-textformat, MSDosText, or HTML file are
missing or incorrectly registered in the Windows Registry"

when trying to DoCmd REPORT to html/text

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?
