Error in SELFCERT program

Hi,

I am trying to create a digital certificate using selfcert program, and not
able to create one, after I enter the name, get error "Could not create
certificate".

I am using Excel200 on windows XP pro, and want to use the digital
certificate to validate my Excel macros.
