Recently I have a problem with an error invalid argument box whilst using
access. I have taken on a dbase, which has been written using visual basic
rather than produced using access tools. This is good because the dbase is
much more flexible than it would otherwise have been. It has all being going
OK until recently. When I now perform a search I get thrown to the Visual
Basic page which has an error highlighted that reads 'compile error; can't
find project or library'. There is also some text highlighted that reads
'arrKeywords'
To get around this I have skipped the form and have been using the table
directly but this also has its problems. There is one entry in the table
where all fields read 'error'. Anytime I go near it I get an Invalid
argument box pop up which repeats itself for the same number of fields there
are in the dbase. the line cannot be deleted.
Does anybody have any idea of how I can overcome all of this, short of
writing a new dbase and exporting all of the entries (minus the 'error' one,
of course)
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
