Error launching Outlook

When I launch Outlook 2002 I receive the following error:

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. The information store
could not be opened

Any suggestions?

I have a problem with Launching Outlook as well do you
think recreating a icon in this case would help. When I
launch Outlook it hangs there with the License Number in
the that box.
Let me know asap

It is worth a shot. Recreate the profile.
