error: MAPI unable to load PSTPRX.DLL

My new computer came with Office XP Professional edition
that includes Outlook 2002. When I transferred info from
my old computer (using intellimover), I lost all the
contacts in Outlook. I repeatedly get the error
message: "The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information
service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly
installed and configured."
What do I do? Do I need to uninstall then reinstall
Outlook?
