error meesage 1311

Office crashed on me and i am trying to re-install but
the error message keeps coming up and canceling the
installation

The error message reads
can not access file D:\office1.cab verify the file exists
and retry

HELP !!! i have import documents i need to access

Same issue and error message. Trying to re-install and
clean up a couple of my lab computers. I have an MSDN
Universal subscription copy of MS Office XP Pro w/Front
Page. (My on-going MSDN 'subscription' expired about a
year ago [but that shouldn't change my original license
usage]. I am re-installing with my original MSDN disks
and the license key issued on the MSDN cd sleve.) I just
wiped another of my lab machines last night and re-
installed XP Pro and the MS Office XP Pro from the exact
same disks and it loaded fine. Now a day later, I am
working on a second maching and it won't install. Only
difference is that I've applied 'all' the Windows Updates
to XP Pro for the the 'Windows Update' website on this
second machine today before attempting to load Office XP
Pro (Pre-SR1). Wazzz-Up wit dat???
