I'm having problems trying to get back my e-mail via
Outlook 2002 using Adelphia Power Link as my provider. It
worked fine until I up-dated my MS Office and XP for the
new Blaster Worm on last week (Thursday Aug 21). I
added "Security update for MS Data Access (823718)"
and "Augusts 2003 Cumulated Patch for Internet Explorer 6
(822925)". Now all I get is an error messages reporting
error 0X8004210A and 0X8004210B timed out waiting for a
response from receiving (POP) service. I called and
talked to Adelphia tech support and they are saying it is
a MS problem. I can still get on the internet so I went
to the MS tech site and found the error message, and tried
all that applied to me. I am not using Norton Anti Virus
as most of the messages state. Any help on this problem
