When trying to install the Office XP Media Content CD to
office I keep getting this error message that it can't
access J0316717.jpg on the cd> I explored the CD it will
show the properties of the file but no thumbnail comes
up. I hit retry a few times no success. When I hit
cancel it goes into roll back. Any suggestions, tips or
solutions for this problem are appreciated.
