Error message 28

I need help. Entourage has quit receiving email. I am getting an
error message 28. The message is telling me that it is unable to copy
mail spool file to temp pop dropbox/export/poptmp. Does anyone have
any suggestions? I am desperate and frustrated. I am starting to
wish that I had never gotten a MAC.

That would be a POP mail server error, not Entourage's. Phone up your ISP
and tell them about the error.
