Error Message 4362

Hello
Can anyone help me. I think my MS entourage has got into trouble! I
have tried to re-install and custon install the MS package to no avail
, the problem still remains.Basically the inbox and outbox have greyed
over the emails inside and I cannot open them. However some will open
and also I can still send emails which show in the outbox. An error
message (4362) is quoted. What does this mean? I don't want to lose my
address book unless its absolutely necessary. Please can you help

Hello Bernard,
I have been having the same exact problems. Now it has also extended to
my Calendar. I downloaded the updates but they didn't help. I also called
AppleCare and MicroSoft but nobody has any answers.
Did you find anything out?
Please tell me of any solutions you find. I'll do the same.
