The server is trying to move the message to your IMAP Deleted Items folder
on the server, but you don't have any room left to do that.

You have a number of options, including clearing out that Deleted Items
folder (the one on your IMAP server, not the one 'On My Computer'); or
configuring your IMAP accounts to delete messages immediately (Tools >
Accounts > (Your IMAP Account) > Advanced > Delete options > Mark messages
as deleted > Purge deleted messages when...).

Anyone know how to make it smaller so that it doesn't take up most of the
whole monitor screen? When I shift the corner tab to increase/decrease its
size, it only works for about a third of its size. Then it hits a limit.

It would be handy to have it a bunch smaller. Now it is like having a big
refrigerator in the living room.

Possible?

Thank you.

Are you referring to the resize control in the bottom-right corner? What
size monitor?

IMHO the smallest size allowed appears to be small enough for any monitor.

One suggestion:

Use small navigation buttons to gain screen space.

Go to General Preferences -> General tab, and then check "Display small
navigation buttons". This is not available for Entourage 2001.

Thank you for your really prompt reply. To Diane's questions, my monitor
size is 17" and we are talking about the resize control in the bottom-right
corner, which hits a limit of down-sizing. My Preferences are set for the
small navigation button.

By inch measurement, the smallest I can get my main box is 9" x6". My old
Outlook Express would get much smaller.

Anyway of getting it smaller? All one needs to see, often, is the
Send & Receive button, and the Progress bar at the bottom (would that they
were both at the top and at one end....

There is no way to make it smaller AFAIK. If the window is in the way, try
using Hide. I'm just having difficulty understanding why you want it so
small. Perhaps if you could elaborate, other suggestions could be offered.
