Error message help - 5554

I keep receiving the following error message when I attempt to send
e-mails:

Relay access denied
Error 5554

Any thoughts on what this is and how I can fix it?

Hi Philip,

Two thoughts come to mind.
1. Are you using the SMTP server that goes with the location you are sending
from? (i.e. Some ISPs require you use their SMTP even if sending from
another account)
2. Have you tried enabling SMTP requires authentication in your account
settings?
