error message server application, source file, oritem cant be fou.

I have tried to correct this but to no avail. I have re installed Micorosoft
XP professional, I have tried to let the program fix itself, but nothing
works. When I go back in to powerpoint and click on the slide to go into a
graph it tells me that the service applicatio, soure fle, or item cant be
found. HELP!
