Error Message: Unable to Display Folder (Help!)

Does anyone have any experience with the following:
When under Outlook Shortcuts clicking on Contacts, I get a big grey screen,
saying Unable to display the folder.

Microsoft Outlook 2000 version.

Any ideas?
