Error Message when I try do reduce my width.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to reduce the width of my layout so that my
readers would not have to scroll across to read my
content.

I believed I picked a standard format layout.
The funny thing is that I can reduce the with of the
right hand side of the bottom cell. But whenever I try
to reduce the width size of the cell up on the top,

I get an error message and get kicke out of front page.

Does anyone know how I can reduce the width size of my
top cell without me getting kicked out of frontpage?
