When exporting several folders to .pst for backup, I get
a message "The file C:\Documents and
Settings\Myname\local settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is in use could not be
accessed." Although I get the error, a .pst file is
created that is about the size I expected. I can export
other folders with no problems.
One of the problem folders appears to have a corrupt
record. When I attempt to open the contact, I receive
the message: "can't open this item. The file
C:\Documents and Settings\Myname\local
settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
is in use could not be accessed. Close any application
that is using this file and then try again."
