I run Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000. We use a Linux server with IMAP instead of POP3. I get two error messages and can't seem to get rid of them. 1) A timeout occured while communicating with email.zande.com. The connection has been closed. Can't move the items. 2) The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminate
I have played with the settings of SEVER TIMEOUT (found under the properties of the email account) and MAIL ACCOUNT OPTIONS (found under the mail delivery tab)
Does anyone have an idea on how to get rid of this or know the cause? Any assistance is well appreciated.
