Error message

I'm configuring a new computer, because of the
limitations of Outlook I've set up several profiles and
am starting them via Mailwasher.

If I start Outlook either from the Desktop or from
Mailwasher I get the following dialog box:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact your application
support team for more information.

Click "OK" and it closes. Click to start the programme
again and it fires up OK.

All assistance welcome because, as is usual with me, it
starts with not understanding what Runtime is in the
first place.
