Since Office search for Help now searches online, allow text terms used in
error messages, when entered in the search line for Help in an Office
application, to return links to how to handle the errors that result in error
messages that use those terms. For example, the notorious error message in
Outlook (that occurs when the Address Book file is corrupted) that begins
"The address list could not be displayed" and ends with "see Microsoft Office
Outlook Help", but Microsoft Office Outlook Help does not contain the fix for
the problem. If one goes to the MS Knowledge Base online and enters "address
list not displayed" (under Outlook 2003), one is immediately given a link
that leads to the fix. Why not have that link come up in the Help search
results?
