createwindow, I have Windows XP and Office 2003 with all available service
packs and updates, and I still continue to receive this error from time to
time. SMTP mail in Outlook, correctly configured, will hang in my outbox.
The only way to send it is to close Outlook and reopen it. It doesn't do
this all the time, just often enough to be aggravating.
also using avast antivirus, windows firewall and windows defender.
it comes and goes....
