Error msg. "Grammar Checker not working"

When I click on Spell/Grammar check, it gives me a msg. that it isn't working.
But it does work on email.

Without knowing
- version of Word
- the EXACT error message

There's little we can do to help. This question would also be better placed in
the word.spelling.grammar newsgroup.
