Error Msg Interpretation

Could someone please comment on the following error
message? It is received when sending a message from
Outlook. There is a POP3 email server at the address
noted. (For privacy, I have removed the intended
recipient's actual email address and typed in the text
between the < > symbols.)

Server response: '451 Cannot check <email address of
recipient> at this time - please try later'.
(Account: 'todds', SMTP Server: '192.168.1.1', Error
Number: 0x800ccc79).

This is the server saying that it can't deliver to that address at this
time. Maybe there's a problem on the server. It does say "please try
later" - have you done so?
