What does this mean? The email is for a group that I have used successfully until adding 2 new names. I've rechecked the email addresses, and they appear to be fine.

Any input would be fabulous!

And when the addresses were removed, the problem was resolved.

Are you wanting to add them back? I suggest always adding a group contact to
your regular Address Book. This way you can get the correct address from
their email using the shortcut "add to Address Book" plus Entourage does not
deal with group export. By adding them as a contact and assigning a category
like Group: xxx you will know what group it belongs to and can easily
recreate your groups when needed.

I'm having this same problem with group e-mail. My wife does not on her macbook, and we use the same internet provider. My addresses are correct. Can you give me some advice on what to do?

Thanks,

Ralph

I have this problem when I create a group, send an email to that group, it gets stuck in Outbox. Sometimes I can resolve it by deleting an email address or two after first Expanding the Group.

Error message says: "Relaying not allowed (please enable smtp authorization on your email client" "Mail could not be sent" Error: -17099

Of course, the SMTP authorization is a red herring, as it is no different than always.

Users have reported this error when sending to large groups. ISPs limit the
number in a group. Usual number is 50 recipients to avoid spammer misuse.
Entourage has no limit. You should contact your mail provider to ascertain
the maximum number of recipients per message and note it. You can use the
free "Split Recipients" script to send a mass e-mail in separate mailings
automatically:

Split Recipients for Entourage X <http://scriptbuilders.net/>

Most ISPs also require you to use their SMTP address when sending.
