Error number 0x800ccc0f

Everything was working find and suddenly, I can send
emails but, CANNOT received. The following message appears:
The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the
server. (Account: 'xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx' POP3
server: 'xxx.xxxxxx.xxx' Error number: 0x800ccc0f)

I tried by turning off my firewall and antivirus. Did some
softwares update (Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000). Still
not working. I would really appreciate your help.
