error number -3248

When user tries to schedule on entourage calendar they get 'error
scheduling data could not be found - check account settings and try
again - error number -3248'.

This is what the user says happens:
"The problem is that if you were to try to schedule me for a meeting.
It would appear to you that I have nothing going on at all, a "no
information" for my calendar, even though I do have things scheduled
on my calendar. This means that when people are trying to include me
in a meeting, they cannot see if I am busy or not, so they go ahead
and invite me, I guess assuming that I will be available. "

This is also only happening with people running on OSX.

This probably means that your "Free/Busy Server" entry in the account setup
dialog (Tools -> Accounts) is incorrect. Go to Tools -> Accounts, open the
Exchange account, click the advanced tab, and add /public to the end of the
server name. Does that work?

If not, try adding an ending slash to it, like server/public/
