I am trying to set up entourage for my e-mail and I keep getting this error message:
An error has occured on IMAP server

specified server could not be found

What am I doing wrong?

Are you trying to get to an exchange server ??? Are you sure about the
address of the IMAP server you entered for this account ??? What version
of ENtourage are you running Tim ?
