error on outgoing mail

Hi ;
I can't send e-mail from my website e-mail accounts. I
get this messages:
"The connection to the server has failed.
Account: "(e-mail address removed)",
server:"mail.xxxxxxxxx.com', protocol:SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL):No, Socket Error: 10060, error number:
0x800CCC0E"
I have no problem sending e-mails from the same accounts.
I'm a newbie !! somebody can help me ?
