Hello,
Trying to resolve an issue we have found
If I am sent an email with another email as an attachment, or an address
card as an attachment, I can only open the attachment once. If I open the
attachment a second time, I get the message "Operation failed". This does
not happen for other types of attachments.
My workaround is to exit Outlook and restart.
Anyone seen this or have a resolution? Happens with Outlook 2000, 2002 using
Exchange 2000 server. Multiple user accounts so is not just one user or
their profile
Have seen similar issues searching around MS and Goggle but no one had a
definitive answer.
Tried with antivirus on and off with same results.
