Everytime I reply to an email an error pops up asking:
"A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in Outlook.
So you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose 'No.'
Allow access for.." then a drop down ranging from one to 10 minutes. But
nothing allowing me to never show this again.
It is outlook 2002 and if I click yes to allow it for the specified time, it
works. But after the maximum of 10 minutes is reached I will get prompted
again.

doesn't know it's Outlook accessing these files....
