Error: program trying to access your Address book

Just "Upgraded" to Outlook 2003. Program keeps poping a mesage that states
an program is trying to access my address book. It does not tell me what is
trying to access my address book, only that it may be a virus. Scanned and
no viruses on my system. No ifo on how to turn off the warning other thatn
allowing to give the mystery app 10 of free access to my address book.
Anyone know anything about this "feature"?
