Error Receiving email (0x800CCC0F)

I have been having problems with a few of my email accounts via my outlook 2002. I have disabled my firewall Zone Alarm and antivirus software but still this problem kept coming back to haunt me. Any solution to this

Task 'Elvins - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
