error report after edit web page with word 2003 ?

I edied a couple of pages on my web site using word 2003, text mainly but
also 2 x images. Pages were originally from word 2000. Now, after logging off
IE6, am error report box appears & I click this to send report back to MS.
Any ideas what the error might be and what I should do? Site otherwise
working OK. Thanks
