Error resizing outlook window

Im using Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625) under windows 2000.
When maximising the main outlook window it refuses to fill
the entire screen, covering the left side only.
Restarting the computer / outlook has no effect.

Does anyone know how to fix this without reinstalling
Outlook ?
