error runninh shows in new sessions

Hi,

Whenever I open PowerPoint and run a new or existing presentation, i
displays the 'open file' dialog box at each new slide. When I escap
out of running the presentation, I get a message "run time error '91'"
The 'debug' option is greyed, and there are no macros in th
presentation.

Subsequently running that or any other presentation during the sam
session gives no further problems, but when I close and re-ope
PowerPoint, the same problem occurs on the first attempt to run a ne
or existing show.

It looks like its trying to find an object variable, but if anyone ca
say where and why and how to solve the problem, I'd be grateful

Nicky,
Check the add-ins that are loaded and unload them. It appears you have some
code which is not working properly.
