Error This task is taking longer than expected when printing multiple documents

I have a user that is selecting 20+ Word documents in Explorer, right clicking and selecting the Print option from the menu. The documents will print fine but by the third document the error message: "This task is taking longer than expected. Do you want to continue waiting? Yes/No" appears for every document until all of the print jobs finish. The pc is effectively locked up during this process. Is there a better way to print multiple documents at one time or is there a setting that can be changed to speed things up and correct this error?
