Error "Unable to establish a secure connection to (server name)

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

User has delegate calendar access to various exchange accounts. in a day this error pops up and causes the the whole program to crash and has to be restarted again. Office 2008 is fully patched. Do you know why this is happening and are they any solutions available to rectify this fault.

This generally happen 1) If you don't have the certificate installed on your
Mac machines (in Keychain Access) or 2) If you have a certificate name
mismatch. Make sure you are using the same name what you have in your
certificate in the exchange server field.

Thanks for your reply. What certificate is this? Could you please enlighten me in regards to this and how I should go about rectifying the problem. It would be greatly appreciated.
