error when publishing FP2000

Has anyone ever gotten this error when publishing their website..... with
Frontpage?

"The server unexpectdley closed the connection?

I have been having this problem for a while and am getting no help from the
hosting company, (Igrowyourbiz) so I don't know if it is them or me. I traded
a domain name for a year of hosting and am finding out how wonderful they
really are in customer support

Also does anyone know of any decent hosting companies?
Over the years I have used H4P, 3rdsphere, Yahoo and a few others but am
still looking for good ones at a decent price with control panel and email
options.

1. Tell your host they need to increase the server time out setting.
2. There are many. I use www.123ehost.com and have been very happy with them.
