Error when using Account Edit

I am using Entourage 2004 for Mac, version 11.0.0
I get the following message when I try to edit any of my accounts:
The action could not be completed.
An unknown error (-30588) occurred

Why is this suddenly happening? I am unable to make changes to any of my
accounts. Is this related to my upgrade to Office 2004? How can I fix it?

Quit and restart and edit your account before you view any complex HTML
message.
